will be RIGOROUSLY CLEANED before, during and after your stay.
Special attention will be devoted to the cleaning of common areas (bathrooms, hallways, corridors, lifts), with scrupulous care towards the most frequently touched objects: handles and knobs, lift buttons, handrails, switches...

2) INTERPERSONAL DISTANCE OF AT LEAST 1 METRE

in all common areas

3) DISINFECTANT SOLUTION

available in all in common areas

4) STAFF

competent and properly trained in HYGIENE and SAFETY

5) WASHING

of bed and table linen at the MAXIMUM PERMITTED TEMPERATURE

6) DISINFECTION

at REGULAR INTERVALS of the COMMON AREAS with particular attention to door knobs, light switches, remote controls, tables, fans, window handles, keys, hairdryers, balcony railings, toilets, lifts

7) AIRING OUT

at REGULAR INTERVALS of all COMMON AREAS

8) SPECIAL ATTENTION

towards glasses, cutlery and tablecloths used in our dining areas

9) USE OF GLOVES

and DISPOSABLE CLOTHES for CLEANING and SANITIZATION operations
