GENERAL INFORMATION

Where is Villa Luisa Resort located and how do I get there?

Villa Luisa Resort is located in San Felice del Benaco, on Lake Garda, in a quiet location surrounded by greenery.
It is easily accessible by car via the A4 motorway (Desenzano or Brescia Est exits), by train from Desenzano del Garda or Brescia stations, and by plane from Verona, Bergamo, and Milan airports.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, while check-out is by 11:00 AM for hotel rooms and by 10:00 AM for apartments.


Early check-in and late check-out can be requested subject to availability.

Is the reception open 24 hours a day?

The reception is available 24/7 for assistance, support, and information about your holiday.
For arrivals at specific times, it is recommended to contact the property in advance.

Is the resort open all year round?

Villa Luisa Resort is generally open during the tourist season, from spring to autumn, including New Year's Eve.

For exact opening dates, please check the official website or contact the facility.

ROOMS, APARTMENTS AND LIVING ROOM

What types of rooms are available?

The resort offers different types of rooms and apartments.

There are 60 rooms and the types available are:

  • Deluxe Design Rooms - starting from 25 m²
  • Superior Rooms - starting from 20 m2
  • Prestige Rooms - starting from 20 m2
  • Comfort rooms (with balcony or garden view) - starting from 20 m2
  • Standard Rooms - starting from 18 m2

 

 

The resort also offers 12 brand new apartments (opened in summer 2025), located in the new residence:

  • Deluxe Apartments - Size: 55 m2 - 80 m2
  • Executive Apartments , on the first floor - Size: 44 m2 - 48 m2
  • Superior Apartments , on the second floor - Size: 42 m2 - 60 m2
  • Standard apartments , ground floor - Size: 35 m2 - 48 m2

 

Do the rooms and apartments have a balcony or terrace?

Many rooms and some apartments have a private balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or Lake Garda.

Do the rooms and apartments have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, apartments, and public areas of the resort.

Is it possible to request a cot or an extra bed?

Yes, cribs and extra beds are available upon request, subject to availability.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

How can I book my hotel or residence stay?

You can book directly from the official website, by phone, or by email.
Booking directly often guarantees the best available rates.

What payment methods are accepted?

The hotel accepts payments by credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash up to the maximum limits permitted by law.

We do not accept checks at checkout and accept bank transfers made at least 3 business days prior to checkout.


Some extra services can be paid directly at the facility.

Is a credit card required as a guarantee?

No, a credit card is generally not required as a guarantee when booking, but a deposit is required to secure the room or apartment.

What is the cancellation policy?

With the "Feel Happy" formula, you can cancel your holiday up to 2 days before your arrival date without incurring any penalty.
For cancellations after the deadline for each period (see below), only your deposit will be retained.

• from mid-September to April : cancellation without penalty up to 3 days before arrival
• Easter Holidays/June/July/August*/first half of September/Immaculate Conception and Christmas Holidays : cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before arrival
• From 8th to 23rd August : cancellation without penalty up to 14 days before arrival
• November/December : cancellation without penalty up to 2 days before arrival

For shortened stays or early departures (i.e., in the case of missed meals or days when you are not staying at the hotel), the entire stay will be charged, in accordance with the booking contract and Article 1218 of the Civil Code.

Mandatory municipal tourist tax.

To avoid losing this amount, we remind you that you can take out insurance to protect your stay or your individual deposit.
For cancellations made within the indicated deadline, the full deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 1 month from the cancellation.

RESTAURANT AND BREAKFAST

Does the resort have a restaurant?

Yes, the Villa Luisa Resort has an on-site restaurant serving Italian cuisine and traditional local dishes, as well as a bistro with seating on an exclusive outdoor terrace.

The bistro is open during the summer, both for lunch and dinner, and offers an à la carte menu.

Are there options for intolerances or special diets?

Yes, we can accommodate food intolerances and specific diets upon request.

Is breakfast included? What type of breakfast is served?

Breakfast is usually included for hotel guests and is served as a buffet with sweet and savory options, hot drinks, and fresh produce.

For apartment guests staying on the Room Only/Residence formula, breakfast is available upon reservation and is subject to an additional supplement.

SERVICES AND STRUCTURE

Does the resort have a swimming pool?

Yes, Villa Luisa Resort has 2 outdoor swimming pool areas:

  • a swimming pool dedicated to hotel guests
  • a swimming pool dedicated to the residence's guests

Both areas are surrounded by greenery and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas: ideal spaces for relaxing outdoors.

Is there a wellness center or spa?

Yes, the resort offers a wellness area with relaxation services , available upon reservation and subject to a supplement.

The wellness program at Villa Luisa includes:

  • Heated swimming pool with saline water and hydromassage area, enriched with cervical waterfalls for deep relaxation.
  • Sauna
  • Turkish bath
  • Emotional shower
  • Refined benches covered in Bisazza mosaic
  • The experience is completed by a relaxation area with salt walls and a herbal tea corner with hot and cold infusions, ideal for regenerating body and mind.

The Resort's spa also offers a wide selection of massages and wellness treatments, as well as an intimate Spa Privé for exclusive moments of relaxation.

All the services and treatments in the wellness area are available to both hotel and residence guests.

Is parking available?

Yes, guest parking is available , usually included or available upon request, as well as parking spaces in a private garage, upon reservation and subject to a surcharge.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, dogs of all sizes are welcome at Villa Luisa Resort & Luxury Apartments.

For the stay of "four-legged friends" there is a cost of €20.00/day per dog.

To ensure a pleasant stay for your pets and all the resort's guests, we would like to remind you of a few simple rules that we kindly ask you to follow.

  • All dogs must comply with current health regulations, particularly vaccinations.
  • The pet owner is required to present their health card.
  • Pets are not permitted in or around the restaurant areas, except for our lounge area and the "La Terrazza" bistro. They are therefore not permitted in the "Acquadolce" restaurant.
  • Access to and parking in common areas such as the swimming pool and sun loungers, play area, wellness and spa area, and meeting rooms is not permitted.
  • In other common areas, only pets are permitted, provided they are always accompanied by their owners and kept on a leash.
  • Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.


In order to ensure proper cleaning and tidying of the room/apartment you booked, the cleaning time must be agreed with the Reception staff.

MEETINGS, EVENTS AND CEREMONIES

Does the resort have meeting rooms or spaces for corporate events?

Yes, Villa Luisa Resort has meeting rooms equipped for meetings, conferences, and small corporate events, with Wi-Fi and technical support.

Is it possible to organize weddings or ceremonies at the resort?

Yes, the resort is an ideal location for weddings, private events, and ceremonies on Lake Garda.
Indoor and outdoor spaces and personalized services are available for organizing your event.
