The historically predominant cultivation which characterise the landscape and tastes of the area are the grapevines and olives.

The red wines, such as the Groppello and the Marzemino are among the most renowned, however there are also well known rosés, known locally as Chiaretto. In recent years the white wines have experienced a revival, like the richly aromatic Riesling.


The Garda is well known for the culinary sophistication and attention to detail in many restaurants located along its shores.

Our Restaurant Acquadolce plunges into Lake Garda tradition, but with many gems of international flavor. Chef Paul loves especially oriental cuisine and will surprise you with its refined cuisine with classic dishes that combine innovative details.
